General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services between Beautygirlshop.store and our customers.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when the customer places an order and we accept it by dispatching the goods.

§ 3 Prices and shipping costs

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are charged separately.

§ 4 Terms of payment

Payment can be made either in advance, by credit card, PayPal or on account.

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery will take place within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

§ 8 Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
